Welcome to my website!

I am  an assistant professor in the Strategy and Business Policy Department at HEC Paris, where I am also affiliated with the S&O Institute.

My research examines the determinants and consequences of strategic actions aimed at generating positive socio-environmental impact while also contributing to economic progress. 

Some of my work has been published in the Academy of Management Review , Strategy Science , and Organization Science, and my dissertation has been awarded the 2022 William C. Frederick SIM Doctoral Dissertation Award.
