I am  an assistant professor in the Strategy and Business Policy Department at HEC Paris, where I am also affiliated with the S&O Institute.

My research investigates how market and nonmarket forces shape organizational performance. A key feature of my work is a broad conceptualization of performance that includes social, environmental, and financial dimensions.
